Biography
Zhubaikhan Asalbek was born on February 6, 1988 in Khentii, Mongolia. In 1991 he moved to his historical homeland in Kazakhstan. In 2006 he graduated from high school in the village of Kolokolovka, Bulandinsky district. In 2008, he entered the Almaty College of Continuing Education with a degree in Jurisprudence, which he graduated in 2010 with the qualification of Lawyer.
He began his career on October 11, 2010 and was hired by DECGRUPkz LLP as a lawyer. In 2013, he resigned of his own accord.
On March 31, 2014, he was hired by the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Bulandinsky District" as a clerk. On June 1 of the same year, he resigned of his own free will.
On November 16, 2015, on a competitive basis, he was accepted to the position of chief specialist of the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Starry Rural District", where he worked until October 2022.
Based on the results of the elections, on October 18, 2022, he was appointed akim of the Rodnikovsky district, currently I work in this position
