Kasymkhanov Mirlan Dalelkhanovich was born on February 5, 1980 in the East Kazakhstan region of Zharma district in Kapanbulak rural district. Nationality - Kazakh.
In 1997 he graduated from school named after Turlykhan Khasenov, Kapanbulak village, Zharma district, East Kazakhstan region.
