In 2001, he graduated from Akmola agricultural University named after S. Seifullin with a degree in veterinary medicine.

He started his career in 1992 as a handyman in the mobile mechanized column No. 1012 in Karkaralinsk.
From 1993 to 1995, he worked as a security guard in the Karkaraly ATP.
From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a Builder of the Karkaraly multi-industry utility company.
From 1997 to 1998, he worked as a driver of AOOT "Karkaraly Munay Onimderi".
from 2000 to 2001, he worked as a controller in "Karaganda fuel and energy company" LLP.
From 2001 to 2002, he worked as a veterinary radiologist of the Karaganda branch of the RSE "Central veterinary laboratory".
From 2002 to 2005, he worked as a leading specialist in the Department of diagnostics of animal diseases of the Karaganda branch of the RSE "Central veterinary laboratory".
From 2005 to 2009, he worked as the head of the veterinary Department of Podvorye-X LLP in Karaganda.
From 2009 to 2010, he worked as an individual entrepreneur for veterinary medical and preventive measures in Karaganda.
From 2010 to 2011, he worked as a chief specialist-veterinarian of the Karaganda branch of the state anti-epizootic unit of the state inspection Committee of the agro-Industrial complex of the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2012, he worked as an individual entrepreneur for veterinary medical and preventive measures in Karaganda.
From 2012 to 2015, he worked as an acting Director of the KGP on the right of economic management "Abay regional veterinary station".
From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a Deputy head of the Department of veterinary medicine of the Karaganda region.
On October 10, 2018, he was appointed Deputy akim of the Abay district.
