Biography
He was born in 1982 in the Karkaraly district, the village of Egindybulak. He has two higher educations in law and economics.
He started his career in 2003 in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the city of Astana.
From 2011 to 2016 he worked in private companies.
Since 2016, he joined the civil service in the Department of State Assets and Procurement of the Karaganda region as a chief specialist. He worked in this department in various positions until June 2021.
From June 2021 to July 2022, he worked as the head of the Department of Economic Development and Analysis of the regional akim's office. From July to October 2022 - Chief inspector of the Akim's office of the Karaganda region.
On October 19, 2022, he was appointed deputy akim of the Abai district.
