Ospanov Sabit Temeshevich

Ospanov Sabit Temeshevich, born in 1969, Kazakh, has three higher educations, graduated from Akmola Agricultural Institute in 1995 with a degree in zooengineer, then graduated from Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in transport, transport equipment and technology, Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A.Buketov with a degree in Law.

In public service since April 2000. He held various positions in the Bukhar-Zhyrau district: he was deputy akim of the Ulyanovsk settlement district, head of the entrepreneurship department, akim of the Botakara settlement. Then he worked as akim of the city of Abay, deputy head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Karaganda region. In November 2016, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the city of Karaganda. From April 2022 to January 2023, he worked as the head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Karaganda region. On January 18, 2023, he was appointed akim of the Abai district.
