Biography
Was born on August 26, 1987 in the village of Ulken Karatal of the Zaysan district of the East Kazakhstan region. Graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Finance, in 2012 - S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
2007-2008 - administrator of the Kazakh group of the East Kazakhstan Regional Drama Theater named after Zhambyl.
2008-2009 - Supply Engineer of the East Kazakhstan Regional Drama Theater named after Zhambyl.
2009-2019 - Deputy Director of the East Kazakhstan Regional Drama Theater named after Zhambyl.
2019–2021 – Appointed as Head of the Financial and Administrative Department of the Akimat of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
2021–2024 – Head of the State Institution "Department of Housing Relations of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk".
Since April 2025 – Appointed as Acting Head of the Financial and Administrative Department of the Akimat of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.
