Biography
Duysenova Laila Tursynkhanovna was born in 16.02.1967 in the village of Chilikty, Tarbagatay district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1986, she graduated from the financial and economic College with a degree in Finance and Economics, and in 2004 from the Central Asian University with a degree in Economics.
She started her career in 1986. 1986-1987 worked in the state insurance Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk as an auditor of the audit Department.
1987-1996 District Department of state insurance of Tarbagatai district-Deputy head.
1996-1999 Department of social protection of Tarbagatai district – head specialist of the social insurance Fund.
1999-2005 years, the Tax Committee of Tarbagatai district - the head specialist.
2005-2007 Department of employment and social programs of Kurchum district -head of the employment sector
2007-2012 Katon-Karagay regional Treasury-leading specialist of the control group.
2012-2018 Head of the Department of employment and social programs of Zaisan district.
Since the 05th March , 2018, he is working as the head of the Department of employment and social programs and civil registration of Urdzhar district.
