Shomanov Taurzhan Kabayevich was born on the 29th November , 1976 in the village of Akzhar, Urdzhar district of Semipalatinsk region.
In 2006, he graduated from the Semipalatinsk College "Kainar" with a degree in tax specialist,
In 2011, he graduated from Semipalatinsk University "Kainar" with a degree in Finance.
Employment: from 01.08.2007 to 19.11.2007, he worked under a labor contract in the Urdzhar district tax Committee, as an archivist.
From 19.11.2007 to 05.06.2008, acting as a leading specialist of the Department of tax collection of the Urdzhar district tax Committee.
From 05.06.2008 to 23.02.2011, leading specialist of the Department of collection of the tax Committee of Urdzhar district,
From 23.02.2011 to 18.04.2012 Head specialist of the collection Department of the tax Committee of Urdzhar district,
From 18.04.2012 to 12.08.2013 head of the collection Department of the Urdzhar district tax Committee,
From 13.08.2013 to 03.12.2014, acting akim of Akzhar rural district.
