Biography
Born on October 8, 1976 in Almaty.
He graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi in 1998.
In 2000 graduated from the Rhine-Westphalia Technical University of Germany.
Began his diplomatic career in 2001 as an attaché of the Department of Bilateral Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
In 2002 – Attaché of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Federal Republic of Germany
2002-2003 – Third Secretary of the Department of Europe and America of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan
2003-2007 – Attaché, Third Secretary, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Austria
2008 – Senior Consultant of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of Mazhilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan
2008-2014 – First Secretary, Counselor of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Federal Republic of Germany
2014-2017 – Deputy Director of the Foreign Economic Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan
2017-2019 – Director of the Department of Eurasian Integration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan
2019-2022 – Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Frankfurt am Main (Germany)
Since April, 2022 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
He holds diplomatic rank of Counselor of I class.
He was awarded the medal "Ерен еңбегі үшін".
He is married with three children.
