Born on April 6, 1976 in Tselinograd
In 1997 graduated from Akmola Agrarian University named after S. Seifullin.
1997-2002 – Assistant Auditor, Chief Accountant, Deputy Director of CAC "Astana-Audit", Astana;
2002 – Senior Specialist of the Currency and Financial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;
2002-2008 – Senior Accountant of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Austria;
2008-2012 – Chief Specialist, Head of the Budget Planning and Analysis Division of the Currency and Financial Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the of Kazakhstan;
2012-2015 – Deputy Director of the Management and Support Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;
2015-2017 – Director of the Management and Support Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;
2017-2021 – Counselor to the Office of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Federal Republic of Germany in Bonn;
February-December 2021 – Director of the Department of Support and Document Management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan;
Since December 20, 2021 – Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.
He has the diplomatic rank of First Secretary of the II class.
He was awarded the medal "Ерен еңбегі үшін".
He is married with three children.
