    Biography

    Born in 1972 in Almaty. In 1994, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State University.

    1994 1995 - Lecturer at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. 1995 1999 - Researcher at the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2000 2004 - First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

    2004 2006 - Work in business structures.

    2008 2011 - Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    2011 2014 - Head of the Sector of the Center for Foreign Policy of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2014-2017 - Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates (UAE).

    2017-2020 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Arab Republic of Egypt.

    2019-2020 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Republic of Tunisia concurrently.

    Prior to his appointment as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, since 2020 he held the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Qatar.

    He holds the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.

    He speaks Arabic and English.
