Biography
Seraliyev Nurken Zharbolovich was born on May 23, 1981 in Kumzhiek village, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1988, he was enrolled in the 1st grade of Kazakh Secondary School No. 92 in Kumzhiek village, Kazalinsky district, and in 1998, he graduated from the 11th grade of Kazakh Secondary School No. 190 in Aktan batyr village, Kazalinsky district.
Higher education, in 2003 he graduated from the Kyzylorda academic University of Economics, ecology and law in Kyzylorda with a degree in "jurisprudence", qualification "lawyer".
He started his career in 1998 as a worker in the farm "Aktan batyr" in the village of Aktan batyr.
