Zhenisbekuly Nurlybek

Biography
Nurlybek Zhenisbekuly was born in 1988. He graduated from the Abay National Pedagogical University with a degree in philology. He holds a Master of International Relations from the Russian State Academy of Services under the President of the Russian Federation. Member of the Presidential Personnel Reserve.
He began his career in 2006 as a correspondent for the Kazakhstan TV channel. Over the years, he worked as an editor and expert in regional and republican television channels.
In 2013-2017, he held the position of Press Secretary and Adviser to the akims of the city of Shymkent and the South Kazakhstan region.
2017 – Press Secretary of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2018 – Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic and Information Development of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2020-2022 – Deputy Head of the Office of the Akim of Nur-Sultan;
From February 2022 until his current appointment, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
