Biography
Marat Bissengaliyevich Murziyev graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University (major “lawyer”), New Economic University named after. T. Ryskulov (Narkhoz) (major “economist”).
He began his career in 2003 as an Assistant to the Environmental Prosecutor of Atyrau.
In 2004 – Assistant Prosecutor of the Atyrau city, in 2006-2009 – lawyer, public relations manager in various companies.
In 2009, he worked in the Office of the Akim of the Shyngyrlau district of the West Kazakhstan region as an Adviser to the akim.
In 2010-2011 – Head of the Department of Education of the West Kazakhstan Region, Head of the State and Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of the Atyrau region.
In 2012 – Deputy Head of the Office of the Akim of the Atyrau region for Legal Support and Control, in 2013 – Chairman of the Audit Commission of the Atyrau region.
