Biography
Zhasulan Orakuly Bissembiyev graduated from the Atyrau Polytechnic College with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University majoring in Finance. Master of Sociology, Astrakhan State University of the Russian Federation.
Zhasulan Orakuly began his career in 2008 at the Atyrau branch of Zhasyl Yel.
In 2008, he worked as the Chairman of the NGO "Tarlan-Atyrau".
In 2011, assistant to the chairman of the State Enterprise "Atyrau Akparat".
In 2013, he headed the Atyrau Youth Resource Center.
In May 2016, he worked as Deputy Head of the Youth Policy Department.
In 2017 — Head of the Youth Policy Department.
In 2017-2020, he was the Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the region.
From July 2020 to September 2021 — Manager of Gate Insaat Taah.San.Tic.A.S.
From September 2021 to August, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Civic Initiatives Support Center NCJSC.
Since August 2022, he has been Deputy Akim of Atyrau region.
