Biography
Rakhymzhan Yerzhanovich was born on November 5, 1987.
In 2010, according to the Bolashak program, he graduated from Royal Holloway University (Great Britain) with a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.
He also graduated from the National Postgraduate Institute of Political Studies (Japan) with a Master's degree in Public Administration.
He started his career in 2010 as an acting assistant to the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2013-2018, he worked in various positions in the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan from a consultant of the Department of Public Service and Personnel Policy to a state inspector of the Department of State Control and Organizational and Territorial Work.
2018-2020 – Head of the office of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region.
2020-2022 – Head of the Office of the Mayor of Astana.
2022-2023 – Head of the Staff of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since 2023, he has worked as the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
