Biography
Ondasyn Nurlybekovich Utebekov was born in 1991.
He graduated from the K. Zhubanov Aktobe State University with a degree in Metallurgy and the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in Economics.
He holds a Master's degree in Metallurgy from the Saint Petersburg Mining University.
He began his career in 2017 as a consultant at Moscow-Almaty Consulting LLC.
From 2017 to 2018, he served as the General Manager of the Kyzylorda Region Public-Private Partnership Center.
From 2018 to 2021, he served as the Chief Specialist of the Digital Technologies Department of the Kyzylorda Region.
From 2021 to 2023, he served as the Director of the Rapid Response Center, a state-owned enterprise, within the Kyzylorda Region Akim's Office.
From 2023 to 2026, he served as the Chief Inspector of the Organizational, Inspection, and Regional Development Department within the Kyzylorda Region Akim's Office.
On May 26, 2026, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Kyzylorda Region Akim's Office.
