    Born in 1970 in the Shelek District, Almaty Region.

    Higher education.

    In 1992, graduated from Almaty Technological University.

    Specialization: Economist.

    Began his career in 1991 as an Individual Entrepreneur.

    2007–2013 – General Director of TD VEKTOR LLP, Almaty.

    Since 2013 to the present – General Director of TechnoGRAD LLP, Almaty.

    Since 2018 to the present – General Director of RAKHAT.KZ LLP, Almaty.

    2021–2023 – Chairperson of the Talgar Territorial Council of the Amanat Party, Talgar.

    Member of the Standing Commission on Economy, Budget, Law and Order, Anti-Corruption, and Deputy Ethics.
