Biography
Zhetpisbaeva Altyn Imantayevna was born on August 25, 1972 in the state farm named after K. Babaev, Ulyanovsk district, Karaganda region. From 1991 to 1989 she studied at the Umutkersk secondary school named after K. Babaev, Ulyanovsk district, Karaganda region.
After graduating school, from 1991 to 1992, she studied at the Technical Communication School № 22 as a communication operator. From 2005 to 2007 she studied at the correspondence department of the College “Talap” with a degree in jurisprudence. From 2007 to 2010 she studied at the correspondence department at the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in jurisprudence.
From December 2005 to September 2015 she worked as a specialist in the state institution "Administration of the akim of the Sadovoye rural district of the Osakarovsky district of the Karaganda region.
Since December 11, 2015, in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service", she has been appointed akim of the Sadovoye Rural District of the Osakarovsky district of the Karaganda region.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 11 of Article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", she was appointed akim of the Sadovoye Rural District from March 27, 2020.
Married. Brings up 3 children.
