Born in 1973 in the village of Karoy, Balkhash District, Almaty Region.
Higher education.
In 1995, graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute.
Specialization: Electrical Engineer.
Began his career in 1997 as an Engineer at the BREAS Agro-Industrial Complex, Balkhash District.
1999–2004 – Engineer at the BETA Agro-Industrial Complex, Balkhash District.
2004–2010 – Distribution Network Foreman at the BREAS Agro-Industrial Complex, Balkhash District.
2004–2010 – District Dispatcher of AJK "BREAS", Balkhash District.
2010–2018 – Chief Engineer of AJK "BREAS", Balkhash District.
2020–2021 – Chief Power Engineer at Abdi Ibrahim Global Pharm LLP, Balkhash District.
