Born in 1969 in the village of Ulken Dikhan, Uygur District, Almaty Region.
Higher education.
In 2007, graduated from the M. Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications.
Specialization: Automated Control Systems.
In 2004, graduated from T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University.
Specialization: Accounting and Auditing.
Began his career in 1988 as a Worker at PMK-29.
1991–2005 – Chief Accountant of the Municipal State Enterprise under the Right of Economic Management "Uygur Audanynyn Su Qubyry".
2005 – Deputy Director of Teploremstroy LLP, Uygur District.
2005–2014 – Chief Accountant of KazRosAgro LLP, Uygur District.
Since 2014 to the present – Director of the Municipal State Enterprise under the Right of Economic Management "Uygur Audanynyn Su Qubyry".
Member of the Standing Commission on Industrial and Innovative Development, Support for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses, and Tourism.
