Born in 1967 in the village of Karagash, Balkhash District, Almaty Region.

In 1998, graduated from Abai Almaty State University.

Began his career in 1998 as Chief Specialist – Accountant at Agroprombank JSC.

1992–1994 – Procurement Specialist at Almaty City Consumer Union.

1994–2000 – Director of Tamshibulak LLP.

2000–2002 – General Director of the Dinara Production Cooperative.

2002–2004 – Director of the Representative Office of Food Contract Corporation JSC, Karaganda Representative Office.

2004–2006 – General Director of Food Contract Corporation JSC, Bidai Onimderi LLP.

2006–2008 – General Director of the Dinara Production Cooperative.

2008–2010 – General Director of the Breeding Farm Agrofirma Dinara-Ranch LLP.

2010–2012 – Chairman of the Management Board of Zhetisu Social Entrepreneurial Corporation National Company JSC.
