Olzhas Muratovich Syzdykov was born on May 7, 1991 in the village of Tersakan, Kiymin district, Turgai region.
Higher education. Member of the AMANAT party.
In 2013, he graduated from the University of Turan-Astana with a degree in Law.
From March 2024 to September 15, 2024, he worked as the chief specialist of the State Institution "Office of the akim of the village of Zhaksy, Zhaksyn district."
On September 15, 2024, he was elected akim of the village of Kievskoye.
