In 2012 he graduated from the Almaty State College of Energy and Electronic Technologies with a degree in electrical engineering, in 2016 he graduated from the Non-Profit JSC "Almaty University of Energy and Communications" with a degree in Engineering and Technology.
He began his career in 2012 as an engineer for safety and maintenance of the Zhaksynsky Distribution Zones.
