Biography
In 2006, he graduated from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law with a degree in Jurisprudence.
He started his career in 2007 as the chief specialist for work with the disabled and veterans in the Department of Employment and Social programs of the Atbasar district.
From October 2008 to August 2017, he worked in the judicial system of the Akmola region, where he held the positions of bailiff, chief specialist secretary of the Atbasar District Court, head of the office of the Zhaksyn District Court and head of the office of the Atbasar District Court.
From July 2018 to November 2018, he worked as a chief specialist in the construction department of the Atbasar district.
In the period from November 2018 to December 2022, he worked as the head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport, highways and housing inspection of the Atbasar district.
From December 2022 to November 2024, he worked as the head of the construction department of the Atbasar district.
From November 2024 to May 2026, he held the position of akim of the city of Atbasar.
By the decision of the TEC dated July 20, 2026, Kairzhan Anes Sayatuly was registered as akim of Zhanakiyminsky rural district of Zhaksynsky district.
