Biography
Duisenbayeva Zumrad Duisenbaykyzy was born on July 13, 1964 in the village of Saryterek, Zaisan district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1981 she graduated from K. M. Przhevalsky Secondary School in the village of Saryterek.
In 1987, she entered the Dzhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, majoring in "engineer-technician-technologist".
In 2005, she graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University
with a degree in law.
In 2007, she graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in State and Local Government.
She began her career in 1987 as a secretary-clerk of the Zaisan district executive Committee.
