Isaeva Saule Toktarkozhakyzy

He was born on December 7, 1965 in Zaisan, Zaisan district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1983 he graduated from Lomonosov High School. After graduation he worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Environmental Protection of Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute. In 1984 he became a student of the institute and graduated in 1989 with a degree in civil engineering.

From 1990 to 1999 he worked as a clerk in the district irrigation system of Zaisan. From 2001 to 2005 he worked as a secretary in the reception room of Zaisan district akim, and from 2005 to 2009 he worked as a leading specialist of the office department of the district akim's office. Since October 2009 he has been working as a chief specialist of the district department of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways, since December 2010 he has been working as the head of the department of organizational, personnel and state and legal work of the district akim's office.
