Biography
Zakenova Gulmira Zakenovna was born on April 5, 1965 in the Zaysan district of the East Kazakhstan region. In 1982 he graduated from the secondary school named after the 40th anniversary of October. In 1984 she graduated from the Taldykorgan Law College, in 2004 from the Almaty Central Asian University with a degree in jurisprudence.
