Born on January 25, 1992 in Semey city of East Kazakhstan region. Kazakh by nationality. Has higher education. In 2011 graduated from College of Economics and Finance in Accounting and Auditing. In 2014 graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University and earned a Bachelor of Economics and Business.

From March 13, 2013 till October 16, 2013 – a loan consultant in Semey city subsidiary of Home Credit and Finance Bank JSC of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From March 19, 2014 till December 15, 2014 – an accountant of Education Department of Semey city;

From December 15, 2014 till September 1, 2015 – a chief economist of Education Department of Semey city;

From September 1, 2015 till January 1, 2017 – an accountant-economist of Education Department of Semey city;

From January 9, 2017 till July 10, 2017 – a specialist of monitoring and analysis of personnel needs of the economy of the Technical-Vocational Education and Personnel Training Center of East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk city;
