Deputy Chief of Administration of the Akim of the Karaganda region
Biography
Born in 1976 in Karaganda. He has three higher educations. In 1999 he graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinema named after T. Zhurgenov with a degree in "Director, animator", in 2007 Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketov with a degree in "Finance", in 2008 with a degree in "Construction".
He began his career in 2001 as a leading specialist of the architectural, design and estimate Division of the municipal state enterprise "Department of Urban Economy under the Akimat of the city of Karaganda".
From 2002 to 2014, he held the positions of Chief Specialist of the Division of Architecture and Architectural Control of the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Landscaping" under the Akimat of Karaganda city, head of the Division (sector) of architecture and Urban Planning of the State Institution "Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Karaganda", head of the State Institution " Division of Architecture and Urban Planning of Karaganda".
From 2014 to 2016 he worked as deputy Akim of Karaganda.
From 2016 to 2018 – Deputy Head of the Department of Construction of the Karaganda region.
From 2019 to 2021 – Head of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of the Karaganda region.
From 2021 to 2023 – Deputy Akim of Karaganda.
On May 16, 2023, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Akim of the Karaganda region.
