Deputy Akim of the region on Social Issues, Internal Policy and Social Development
Biography
Born in the Karaganda region in 1968. Has a higher education: graduated from the Financial Academy with a degree in finance and credit, financial management.
He began his professional career in 1986 as the commander of the ENG of military unit 16009 of the Ministry of Defense.
From 1994 to 1999, he worked in the tax authorities of the Karaganda region.
In 1999, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee for the Karaganda region of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2001 to 2011, he held various positions in the tax authorities of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2017, he was a member of the Audit Commission for the Karaganda region.
In 2017, he was appointed Head of the State Institution "Department of Economy of the Karaganda region."
Since 2019 – Akim (Mayor) of the city of Balkhash, Karaganda region.
In 2022, he was appointed Akim of the city of Temirtau, Karaganda region.
In September 2024, he was appointed Deputy Akim of the Karaganda region.
