    Biography

    Born on April 21st, 1976 in the village of Alekseyevka in the Markakolsky district of the East Kazakhstan region. Russian by nationality. In 1993 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan Technical University with a degree as “Land Utilization Engineer”.

    Sergey Yuryevich began his professional career in 1993 as head of the Shemonaikhinsky Land Cadastre Office, the affiliate of the town of Shemonaikha. He then worked as a land utilization engineer in the Shemonaikhinsky Land Cadastre office, chief specialist - representative of the East Kazakhstan regional committee for land resource management of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management, chairman of the “Shemonaikhinsky State Committee for Land Resource Management” in the town of Shemonaikha. From January 2006, Sergey Yuryevich worked as chief of the Land Management Department of the Shemonaikhinsky district. By the order of the Shemonaikhinsky district Akim, on September 16th, 2013, he was appointed as head of the Land Management Department of the Shemonaikhinsky district.
