Samoylova Albina Mautkanovna

Born on July 11th, 1971 in the town of Shemonaikha, has a higher education. In 1993 she graduated from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction Engineering Institute as an engineer - economist.

Albina Mautkanovna started her professional career in July 1992 as a technician and economist at Nikolaevsky quarry of the Kazakhmys Corporation. In the system of state executive bodies she has been working since September 1993: economist of the Department of Economics and Forecasting, head of the Department of Economics and Market Relations to the Akim’s office of the Shemonaikhinsky district, head of the Department of Economy, Support for Small and Medium-sized Businesses, Public Procurement to the Akim’s office of the Shemonaikhinsky district. From January 2005, chief of the Department for Economics and Budget Planning of the Shemonaikhinsky district. On September 16th, 2013, by decision of the district Akim, she was appointed as head of the Department for Economics and Budget Planning in the Shemonaikhinsky district.
