Born on December 20, 1974 in Shemonaikha city. Education: Higher education, in 2008 she graduated from the East Kazakhstan Regional University with a degree in "Accounting and Audit"

She started her career in July 1991 in the field of trade. From November 1995 to January 2005, she worked in the social sphere: the employment department, East Kazakhstan Oblast branch of the State Social Protection Center of the Shemonaikhinsky district. From January 2005 to January 2013, she worked in the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the VerkhUbinsky rural district": tax collection specialist, chief accountant. Since February 2013, she worked as the head of the sector of the Finance Department. By the order of the akim of the Shemonaikhinsky district on March 03, 2021, she was appointed head of the finance department of the Shemonaikhinsky district.
