Biography
Born on March 6, 1970 in the city of Przhevalsk, Issyk-Kul region.
In 1992, he graduated from the Ryazan Higher Airborne Command School named after Lenin Komsomol.
He was awarded the orders of "Aybin" II degree and "Dank" II degree.
He began his military service in the Airborne Assault Troops. Over the years, he held the positions of platoon commander, battalion commander, chief of staff and commander of a military unit. He served in senior positions in military administration bodies, headed the Combat Training Department of the General Staff, and was Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces for combat training.
Since March 2022, he has commanded the Airborne Assault Troops of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On March 11, 2026, by order of the Head of State, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Logistics and Military Infrastructure.
