Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Biography
He was born on October 12, 1978 in the city of Petropavlovsk, North Kazakhstan region.
In 1999 he graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial College with a degree in "Financial support of troops and economics of military economy". In 2002, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence, and in 2014 from the Financial Academy with a degree in Management.
He was awarded the Order of "Aybin" II degree, departmental awards and jubilee medals.
He is married and has 4 children.
In the Army of Kazakhstan, Colonel Asker Beisenov went from a pupil of the Republican Military Boarding School named after B. Momyshuly to the head of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Over the years, he held responsible positions in the field of budget planning, finance and audit. He also served in the diplomatic corps abroad.
On April 24, 2023, by Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
