Shaikhyslamov Zhan Shaikhyslamovich

Shaikhyslamov Zhan Shaikhyslamovich was born on September 05, 1980 in Almaty.
In 2000, he graduated with honors from the Kostanay Law Institute with a degree in law.
In 2004 he defended his thesis at the Kazakh National University named after. Al-Farabi and received the title of candidate of legal sciences.

From 1996 to 2004 he worked in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2004 to 2019, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the private sector.
From 2019 to 2020, the head of the department for monitoring the lease agreement and the implementation of the main interstate programs in Baikonyr town of the Office for ensuring the activities of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex.
Since 2020, he has been deputy head of the department for ensuring the activities of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex.
From 2022 to 2023, he held the position of head of the department for monitoring lease agreements and implementing the main interstate programs in the city of Baikonyr of the department for ensuring the activities of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonyr complex;
Since March 02, 2023 - chief inspector of the department for ensuring the activities of the akim’s office of Kyzylorda region, special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex.

Since September 6, 2023, he has been the head of the department for ensuring the activities of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region.
