Biography
Abdulla Nurlan Serikuly was born in 1982.He graduated from the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in State Municipal Administration and the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Lawyer. He also graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in State and Local Administration
He began his career in 2004 as an accountant of the Akim's Office of Kyzylorda region.
From 2006 to 2008 he served as leading specialist of the Office for Territorial Defense and Rescue of Citizens of the Department for mobilization training, civil defense, organization of prevention and elimination of accidents and natural disasters of Kyzylorda region;
From 2008 to 2010 he served as chief specialist of the Department for Mobilization Training and Material Reserves of the Department for mobilization training, civil defense, organization of prevention and elimination of accidents and natural disasters of Kyzylorda region.
In 2010 he worked as Consultant of the Human Resources Department of the Civil Service of the Management - Disciplinary Council of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for public service affairs in Kyzylorda region.
From 2010 to 2012he held the position of the head of the theater and philharmonic office of the Culture Department of Kyzylorda region.
From 2012 to 2013 he served as a deputy director “Nur-Energo Alternative” LLP;
From 2013 to 2016 he held the position of head of the administrative office of the Agriculture Department of Kyzylorda region.
Since July 2016 has served as a head of the Accounting and Reporting Department of the Akim’s Office of Kyzylorda region.
