Abdikadir Bagdat Nazhmeddenovich

Abdikadir Bagdat Nazhmeddenovich was born in 1979 in the Kyzylorda region.
Obtained higher education. He graduated from the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi with a degree in Law.

He began his career in 2002 as the Executive Director of Igilik AK LLP. From 2003 to 2007, he worked as an inspector and head of the guard in the state fire service of the Almaty region and the city of Kyzylorda.
From 2007 to 2013, he served as Deputy Director of Inter-Spas LLP. From 2010 to 2013, he was the Director of Gazspasservice LLP.
From 2013 to 2014, he headed the Information and Analytical Department and the Department for Youth and Youth Organizations of the Department for Youth Policy of the Kyzylorda region.
From 2014 to 2018, he was the head of the Shieli district Department of Internal Policy of the Kyzylorda region.
From 2018 to 2019, he worked as the Chief Specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Kyzylorda region.
From 2019 to 2022, he was the Chief Specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kyzylorda region and the Chief Specialist of the Department of Organizational and Inspection Work of the office of the Akim of Shieli district.
From 2022 to 2023, he served as the Head of the HR and Organizational Work Department of the State Revenue Department for the city of Kyzylorda and as Chief Specialist of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kyzylorda region. Since September 2023, he has been working as the Chief Inspector of the Socio-Political Department of the office of the Akim of the Kyzylorda region.

On April 9, 2025, he was appointed as the Ethics Commissioner of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region.
