Biography
Sydykhanova Goljan Amanzholovna was born in 1977 and July 1 in Semey city. Nationality-Kazakh. After graduating from Bukenchinskaya high school, in 1995 she graduated from vocational technical school No. 24 in Semey. In the same year, she entered the State University.Shakarima was born in Semey and graduated from The named UNIVERSITY in 2001 with a degree in Economics and accounting.
She started her career in 2005 in Zhienalinsky rural district as a land relations specialist. In 2008, she was appointed to the position of chief specialist-Secretary in the above-mentioned rural district. Since August 2013, she was appointed as the mayor of the state institution "Office of the akim of Zhienalinsky rural district".
