Biography
Born on January 21, 1972 in Koskol village, Karatobe District, West Kazakhstan region. Education-higher. In 1998, he graduated from the Ural Pedagogical Institute named after A.S.Pushkin with a degree in "teacher of the Kazakh language and literature".
