Biography
Born in 1961 at the Akkozy state farm of the Karatobe district of the West Kazakhstan region. In 1983 he graduated from the Almaty Zootechnical Veterinary Institute with a degree in veterinarian.
1983-1984 - paramedic at the 18th party congress of the Terekti district of the West Kazakhstan region;
1984-1985 - Secretary of the primary organization of Akkozy;
1988-1991 - veterinarian of the farm Akkozy;
1981-1997 - Veterinarian of the farm "Akkozy";
1997-2005 - Veterinary inspector in Akkozy rural district;
Since January 2005, Akim of the rural district of Akkozy.
