Biography
He was born on May 28, 1972 in the village of Sulikol, Karatobe district, West Kazakhstan region. In 1994 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in livestock, and in 2008 - from the Eurasian Academy with a degree in economics.
1994-1996 - Production cooperative "Kaldygayty", livestock specialist of the "Tolen" department;
1997-2003 - Head of the collective farm "Tolen";
2003-2010 - Specialist of the Sulikol rural district of the Karatobe district statistics department;
2010-2013. - Akim of Sulikol rural district;
In 2013 - Acting Akim of the Sulikol rural district;
2013-2021 - Akim of the Sulikol rural district;
Since 28 april 2021 Akim of the Karatobe rural district.
