Biography
Born on April 9, 1986 in the city of Ayagoz, Semipalatinsk region. 1992-2003 graduated from high school in the city of Ayagoz. 2003-2008 studied at the Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, specializing in journalism. 2010-2012 graduated from the Kazakh Innovation and Law University of Semey, specializing in jurisprudence.
He began his career from 2004 to 2010 as an assistant to the notary Nurakhmetova B.S. in Ayagoz. 2010-2013 - squad commander of the first radar company of military unit 97616 in the village of Mamyrsu, Ayagoz district. 2013-2022 - head of the legal department of the apparatus of the akim of the Ayagoz district of the East Kazakhstan region. From 2022 to the present, head of the legal department of the state institution "Apparatus of the akim of the Ayagoz district of the Abay region".
