Biography
Akhtemirov Eldar Ayatbekovich was born on November 10, 1981 in the village of Saryarka, Ayagoz district, Semipalatinsk region. Nationality - Kazakh. In 1998 he graduated from the Kazakh Secondary School No. 6 in Ayagoz, in 2000-2003 he graduated from the Taldykorgan Law College, specializing in "Jurisprudence". In 2009-2013 he graduated from the Kainar University in Semey, specializing in "Information Technology and Systems".
In 2009-2013, he worked as a software technician in the office of the Akim of the Ayagoz district, in 2013-2017 as a chief specialist in the department of information technology and monitoring of public services in this institution, and since June 2017 as the head of the department of information technology and monitoring of public services.
