Biography
Was born on November 30, 1993 in the city of Ayagoz, East Kazakhstan region. Kazakh by nationality. Higher education. 2011-2015 graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian and Legal Innovative University of Semey. In 2020 he graduated from the regional social and innovative university with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2015-2016, the interim chief specialist of the department of organizational control work and documentation support of the akim's office of Ayagoz district. From 2016 to 2020, Chief Specialist of the Department of Organizational and Control Work and Documentation Support of the Akim's Office of Ayagoz District.
