Biography
Born in 1976 in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation.
In 1997 he graduated from the Accounting and Trade College of the Aktobe Regional Consumer Union with a degree in Accounting, control and analysis of economic activity.
In 1999 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Finance and Credit.
In 2012 he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian International University "Nur" with a degree in Law.
He began his career in 1993 as a mathematics teacher in the Martuk district of the Aktobe region.
From 1999 to 2000, he worked as an operator in Akbulak JSC, Aktobe.
In 2001 – 2002 he worked as a rigger in Stroydetal LLP, Aktobe.
From 2002 to 2009, he worked in the structure of the Akimat of Aktobe from a leading specialist to deputy head of the State Department in the city departments of education, internal policy, finance, economics and budget planning.
From 2009 to 2010 - Deputy Director of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in the Aktobe region.
In 2010 - 2012 – Deputy, then head of the Tax Department in Aktobe.
From 2012 to 2016 - Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Aktobe region.
From 2016 to February 2023 - Head of the Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies in Astana.
Since March 2023 – Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Consumer Protection of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
