Biography
Yernur Zhautikbaev was born in 1984 in the Almaty region.
In 2007 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after Satpayev with a degree in Engineering, and in 2010 - Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 2007 as an inspector of the Almaly district Population Service Center in Almaty.
He worked in the PSC system for more than three years, reaching the post of deputy director of the PSC of the Zhetisu district of Almaty.
In 2011, he joined the office of Akim of Medeu district of Almaty, having received the position of chief specialist of the Department for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry.
In 2012, he became the state inspector of the Territorial Land Inspectorate of Almaty.
In 2014, he joined the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he was the chief expert of the Personnel Management Service.
From October 2014 to 2016 - Chief expert of the Personnel Service of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition under the Ministry of National Economy.
From 2016 to 2018 - Head of the Human Resources Development Department at the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry.
From 2018 to 2019 - Deputy Director of the Department of Electronic Industry Development of the Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry.
From 2019 to 2021 - Deputy Akim of Pavlodar district.
From 2021 to 2023 - Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of Pavlodar region.
