Biography
Born on February 08, 1987, Beskainar village, Koksu district, Almaty region. Higher education, in 2008 graduated from Zhetysu State University named after I.Zhansugurov with a degree in law.
He started his career as a technical worker in the office of the akim of the Balpyk rural district. In different years, the chief specialist of the akim's office of the Balpyk rural district, the leading specialist of the Zharlyozek rural district, the chief specialist of the entrepreneurship department, the head of the entrepreneurship department, the head of the land relations department of the Koksu district, since January 2022, the chief specialist of the organizational, state-legal and RAGS department of the akim of the Koksu district.
