Biography
Born on September 25, 1984 in the village of Lenin, Koksu district, Almaty region. From 1991-2001 he graduated from the secondary school named after Zh.Eginbaev, received a secondary education. From 2001 to 2006, he studied at the Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana, specializing in construction technician.
He began his career in 2006 as a foreman in the construction company "Kulager" in the city of Astana, in 2007 he worked as a foreman in LLP "Daubek" in the city of Taldykorgan. In 2008 he worked as a leading specialist of the construction department of the Taldykorgan city akimat. 2010-2015 he held the position of akim of the Labasinsky rural district of the Koksu district of the Almaty region. In 2015-2017, he worked as a director of the Shakhyrak limited liability partnership. From September 27, 2017 to the present, he is the akim of the Mukrinsky rural district of the Koksu district.
